ANNUAL WINTER FOOD COLLECTION
In December 2024, Bro Bro London took part in something close to our hearts: collecting and donating food and essential items to support The Good Place Project, a year-round initiative run by The Boiler House.
The Good Place provides consistent support to families and individuals impacted by the rising cost of living, offering food, supplies, and a warm, welcoming space in the heart of the community. When we learned they were calling for extra donations in the lead-up to the festive season, we knew we wanted to help.
We organised a winter collection drive, knowing that December can be an especially difficult time for many. With colder weather, higher costs, and increased pressure on families, even small contributions can go a long way. Thanks to our supporters, we were able to donate food and household essentials, something that was received with genuine warmth and gratitude by the team at The Boiler House.
This was our first time contributing to The Good Place Project, but it certainly won’t be the last. As a fellow local initiative, we’re proud to continue supporting their work and plan to take part in future collection drives, helping to strengthen the impact they’re already making in our shared community.
The Good Place accepts donations all year round, so if you would like to support their ongoing efforts, we encourage you to get involved. Whether it’s a few tins from your cupboard or a regular contribution, every bit helps.
